Ahmadu Bello-Buhari: The Effort To Recolonize Indigenous Nationalities
Stephen Afulukwe, 28 October 2022
Muhammadu Buhari became president to fast-track the actualization of this marching order by Ahmadu Bello barely 12 days after Independence, on October 12, 1960.
Paper Independence was October 1, 1960. This plan has been in place and there has been a process which includes rejection of Aburi accord, creation of States and Local Governments to confuse indigenous peoples, RUGA, which actually is 'settlement or colony' in Fulfude, the Fulani exclusive language. If in doubt you can always ask Google... What's RUGA in English?
Nigeria is bound to go down and to deal with this unavoidable outcome, there's an urgent need for Multi-Regional Referendums and that's what NINAS has been screaming for, for more than a decade and it appears that Ahmadu Bello and his children are winning while some “Bats” and “Obidients” are waxing strong toward renewing the 1999 constitution. That constitution that enabled Muhammadu Buhari and his Fulani committee to open the borders to let terrorists in, Islamic State linking up with Fulani terrorists, Boko Haram and others for the final takedown of the entire country under the control of the Fulani. This is why oil lifting isn't being accounted for among other economic sabotage by Buhari and the Fulani conquest committee.
It's not possible for an oil tanker to leave its position for Nigeria without government knowing. There are documentations too which are quite extensive and there's the Navy too. I was once exposed to this and I found oil lifting to not be that easy walk through the park. It's a high crime that's been, and continues to happen in Nigeria, and the earlier the Indigenous Nationalities move away from focusing on 2023 and sort out Nigeria like yesterday, the better. Ohanaeze, PANDEF, Afenifere and all other Cultural Bodies must stand up now and refocus on the constitutional logjam instead of wasting time with 2023.
Southern Nigeria and by this I mean the Indigenous Nationalities of Igbo Nation, Yoruba Nation, Ijaw Nation, Middle Belt and all others, should be demanding for Multi-Regional Referendums, not elections for another president that will be swearing by that same Constitution that brought in the terrorists.
Given Ahmadu Bello’s Declaration of 1960, I think it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out what's going on now in Nigeria, but the Indigenous peoples of Oduduwa Nation, Lower Niger Territory and Middle Belt, have not got too long a time to delay the seeming inevitable: Nigeria is looking like it is about to experience that final takedown by the Caliphate-Fulani and global Islamic fighters poised on wresting the rich lands of Middle Belt and entire coastlines of Oduduwa Nation, the oil-gas and the rainforest and mangroves of the Lower Niger Territory.
This is no joke, and many have seen these things coming together, but prefer to focus on an illusion... That of an election billed for 2023, when you are not even sure of the rest of 2022. Nigeria is bound to go down and the best option is the proposal put forward by NINAS: setting up a Transitioning process without further delay by the Indigenous Nationalities, a process that would help guide Nigeria through UN-supervised Multi-Regional Referendums. This sort of 'Doctrine of Necessity', was deployed by National Assembly when Yar'Adua passed away and there was a vacuum. Now that Muhammadu Buhari’s leadership style, and his commitment to protect Indigenous peoples is looking doubtful, I'd suggest that we try a kind of Doctrine of Necessity one more time, unless we simply just want to surrender and become another Afghanistan?

The link between Fulanization ie Ahmadu Bello's Declaration that Nigeria is to be the estate of immigrant settler Fulani, and the unbelievable and unjust fraud called 1999 Constitution is too clear now, thanks to NINAS that opened our eyes to why things are always so bad in Nigeria, despite having "Independence".
Buhari a Fulani, has openly stated how he wants his Sharia to be the way of life throughout Nigeria, a country where the Fulani have not brought even one square centimetre of ancestral land to. There are several reports that the Islamic terrorism that indigenous peoples face was deliberately brought into our lands in the effort of "ruthlessly" dispossessing the indigenous peoples of their lives and lands!
The NINAS Plan stops this Fulanization agenda, as well as contains the Islamic terrorism. There is no time to waste! The NINAS Territory should quickly turn to this NINAS Plan. It is on the Table.
