As the Implementation of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure advances from Delegitimization to Decommissioning, and in the Build-Up to the NINAS Altar-Call that will Precipitate the Transitioning for Union Reconfiguration, this Five-Part NINAS Extraordinary Bulletin addresses, a wide range of issues relating to:
** WHAT exactly is wrong with Nigeria;
** WHAT the Potent Remediation is;
** WHO will Administer this Remediation;
** HOW, in terms of process, this Remediation Will be Administered and
** WHEN this Remediation will be Administered.

Dear peoples of the NINAS Territory,
Let’s look around to think about who is actually doing the talking when it comes to hijacking the Sovereignty and Self-Determination of our Ethnic Nations. Very rarely is it the Fulani who are the overlords of One-Nigeria. I see a lot of Igbo names. I see Yoruba names. I see the names of people from the South and Middle Belt. But one thing about ALL of them is that they are PEPs.
A Politically Exposed Person (PEP) is someone who, through their position or influence, is more susceptible to being involved in bribery, money laundering or corruption. This is usually someone who has been entrusted with a prominent public function in a government or international organization. Close business associates and family members are also considered PEPs (quoting from IDnow online).
The indigenous political class are the WILLING TOOLS whom Ahmadu Bello had said in his infamous Declaration reported on 12 October 1960 would be the ones to push along the Fulani Conquest Agenda. We see them! We can identify them. The Willing Tools are rewarded with riches-for-life in return for being TRAITORS of their own people by preventing Sovereignty and Self-Determination from being exercised. The BIG TASK now for the Willing Tools is to foist on us a “New Constitution” that is, a New Forgery – that will retain the lies in the Preamble of the Forgery called 1999 Constitution.
We STOP their Treachery by the ORDERLY PROCESS of Rejecting the 1999 Constitution and going to Transitioning for Constitutional Renegotiation. That’s the NINAS Proposition.
