Is There A Sabotage Operation Against The NINAS Sovereignty Campaign?
The Editor, 08 February 2024
Yesterday it came to my attention that the link to the highly important Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure published by The Guardian Nigeria newspaper on 21 January 2021 now has a different report attached to the same link (URL address). The link still carries the title of “Notice of constitutional grievances, declaration of constitutional force majeure…” (see the screenshot below), but when you go to the link another news item is being reported.
The Guardian Nigeria has been notified and is looking into this matter, which we all hope will soon be resolved. In the meantime, you can access the Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure as a PDF document via the link HERE:
Plus, the Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure had also been published on the NINAS website and it can be accessed via the link HERE:
The Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure is an Official Document that contains the very important Five-Point NINAS Proposition as well as notifies the watching world, international stakeholders, and off course Nigerians that Nigeria by the Declaration of Constitutional Force Majeure became a DISPUTED PROJECT with grave implications for any loans and investment agreements entered into since that day ie since 16 December 2020.
Unitary Nigeria is a false Union codified by the 1999 Constitution, a Forgery. This fraudulent and dangerous situation is being challenged by the indigenous peoples organized as NINAS, and the Union of Death that Nigeria is, is on its way to being Renegotiated using the ORDERLY PROCESS of the NINAS Transitioning Template and Five-Point Proposition. This information with its Historical background and Rationale is in that Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure.
Let everyone know for certain that SOVEREIGNTY belongs to indigenous Ethnic Nations, and it is inalienable. Therefore it is essential that there is Restoration of the Sovereignty and Self-Determination of the indigenous peoples of the entity called “Nigeria” hijacked by the illegitimate, and now Repudiated 1999 Constitution.
