Post-2023 Election Nigeria: A Distressed Federation; A Distressed Constitution And The Calm Before The Storm - Sick Nigeria And Choices Before Nigerians.
Tony Nnadi, NINAS, 25 November 2023
Anyone who reviews these 7 Broadcasts in full will reach new depths of understanding about the walking disaster on the African Continent the world calls “Nigeria”. The Broadcasts Dissect What the Problem truly is; indicate What the Viable Solution Options are and Outline HOW to deploy the Most Viable Solution Option.
Correct Diagnosis leads to Correct Prescriptions and Correct Treatment. On the other hand, Wrong Diagnosis leads to Wrong Prescriptions and Wrong Treatment.
Nigeria is the Patient here. Efforts to Arrest the Ailment must be framed in the Logic of Cause-Effect Analysis that translates into a Diagnosis- Prescription-Treatment Remediation Sequence.
It should now be past debate that the NINAS Union Reconfiguration Propositions offer Nigerians the Most Correct Diagnosis, the Most Potent Prescriptions and the Most Viable Treatment Plan for their Sick Country. The Cost of Dishonesty and Continuing Prevarication will be enormous, with unquantifiable human collateral damages.

NINAS has explained it all clearly over the years.
1. The 1999 Constitution that unitary Nigeria operates is a FORGERY so illegitimate.
2. That 1999 Constitution foisted upon Nigerians is the ROOT CAUSE of all miseries and Trauma, and it is the Enabler of and Instrument for the Fulani Conquest Agenda (openly stated by Ahmadu Bello in 1960). So it is a completely false narrative to say that Nigeria's foundational problem is "bad leadership".
3. Elections renew the life of that 1999 Constitution when the winner swears an Oath of Office to uphold and defend that fraudulent 1999 Constitution.
4. NINAS has done the work ON BEHALF of indigenous Ethnic Nations of the NINAS Territory (ie the rest of Nigeria minus the Sharia Territory in the core North) culminating in the declaration of Constitutional Force Majeure of 16 December 2020 to Decommission that Rejected and Repudiated and Delegitimized 1999 Constitution.
5. No matter what anybody or any group says, Sovereignty is the inalienable supreme authority of indigenous Ethnic Nations over their ancestral lands. So, they CAN decide who they want to be in Union with, and how they want that Union to be.
6. Exercising their Sovereignty, indigenous Ethnic Nations of the NINAS Territory are able to use the ORDERLY PROCESS of the NINAS Transitioning Template for Constitutional Renegotiation and regain their unfettered right of Self-Determination... The outcome can be Federation or Confederation or independent Successor Countries - just as "we the peoples" decide by joint multi-regional Referendums.
So WHAT is hard to understand about THIS?
These works of NINAS is unknown amongst Nigerian Diaspora in UK, America etc.
Is there any thing to make this possible.
Are there seminars organised anywhere in Nigeria to sell these ideas? What actually is the approach in educating Nigerian?
Execution of this model is of paramount importance but how do we start?
