The Demise Of The 1999 Constitution Of Nigeria Terminates The Unitary Union Anchored On It And Frees Up The Sovereignty Of Constituent Components Of Nigeria
By Tony Nnadi, 06 April 2022
It is surprising that after so much enlightenment by NINAS and its associated platforms, most of our people still seem to find it difficult to understand that the collective sovereignty of the constituent components of Nigeria is confiscated by the Nigerian State via the imposed Unitary 1999 Constitution of Nigeria and that the whole purpose of crashing that Constitution, which is what NINAS is doing by its Constitutional Force Majeure, is to FREE those Sovereignties, and precipitate an orderly transitioning to fresh constitutional protocols, dictated exclusively by the Self-Determination imperative for the trapped constituent components of Nigeria, to be ascertained by Referendums.
By this strategic action which took over 22 years of painstaking processes to enact, the confiscated sovereignties currently “Constituting” the so-called “Federal Republic of Nigeria” shall be freed from the captivity of the Caliphate-controlled Unitary Nigeria erected upon and defined by the fraudulent 1999 Constitution.
It is not enough to shout “Yoruba Nation” or “Biafra Nation” all around. The challenge is to devise and deploy a clear Strategy for dismantling the Caliphate cage called Nigeria in which the constituent components of Nigeria are currently held against their will.

That, precisely, is what the Intervention Plan crafted and executed by the LNC and its MNN Alliance Partners set out to do, and it is the success of that strategic intervention that culminated in 2018 into what is now known as NINAS, with the Constitutional Force Majeure as the ENFORCEMENT of the countrywide consensus against the fraudulent constitutional basis of Nigeria (ie the so-called 1999 Constitution).
