It is so very, very sad to see that most past, current, and aspiring leaders of countries of Africa use corruption as their cloak. Indigenous peoples of Nigeria have NOT made any Constitution, and the so-called 1999 Constitution foisted on them is a FORGERY. All that the people are demanding through the peoples' non-violent NINAS Movement is that Elections 2023 be halted so that we first fix the SCANDALOUS situation of operating a forgery as a make-believe Constitution, by going to Transitional Government where there would be multiRegional Referendums to resolve the Union Dispute, and then obtain "we the people" Constitutions in the proper way!
Instead, several presidential candidates with shady pasts (either wanted abroad for alleged money laundering or drug trafficking or named in the Panama Papers), are seeking political office and in so doing, if declared the winner, will swear an Oath of Office to uphold, defend, and govern by that forgery-1999 Constitution, and thus renew its life. Moreover, that 1999 Constitution is enabling Jihad for land grab.
The political class are defying the known will of the peoples. This is a war of Sovereignty and of Survival!
